1. General / Allgemeines

sadyvuu provides exclusive entertainment events across Europe. All bookings and participation in our events are subject to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment / Buchung und Zahlung

• All bookings require full payment as specified at the time of purchase.
  Alle Buchungen erfordern die volle Zahlung zum Zeitpunkt des Kaufs.
• Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  Preise sind in Euro (€) angegeben und können ohne Vorankündigung geändert werden.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
  Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Veranstaltungen wegen unvorhergesehener Umstände abzusagen oder zu verschieben.

3. Cancellations and Refunds / Stornierungen und Rückerstattungen

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will incur a 10% processing fee.
  Stornierungen, die mehr als 30 Tage vor der Veranstaltung erfolgen, unterliegen einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10%.
• No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event date.
  Innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor dem Veranstaltungstermin erfolgen keine Rückerstattungen.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
  Rückerstattungen werden, sofern zutreffend, innerhalb von 14 Werktagen bearbeitet.

4. Attendance and Conduct / Teilnahme und Verhalten

• Attendees must comply with venue rules and local laws.
  Teilnehmer müssen die Veranstaltungsregeln und lokalen Gesetze einhalten.
• sadyvuu reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive or illegal behavior.
  sadyvuu behält sich das Recht vor, Personen den Zutritt zu verweigern oder bei störendem oder gesetzeswidrigem Verhalten zu entfernen.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized.
  Tickets sind nicht übertragbar, sofern nicht ausdrücklich genehmigt.

5. Intellectual Property / Geistiges Eigentum

All content, logos, and trademarks appearing on this site or at events are the property of sadyvuu or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability / Haftungsbeschränkung

sadyvuu is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during events except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Privacy & Data Protection / Datenschutz

Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

8. Governing Law / Anwendbares Recht

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Berlin.
